Shipping Information:

Domestic Shipping

Most orders are shipped the same day if we receive them by 2:00 p.m. We have Flat Rate shipping charges for any normal order shipped via the Postal Service. See the next paragraph for other methods. You can choose between First Class Mail for $2.50, and Priority Mail for $5.50. Priority Mail delivery time is 2 to 3 days, but not guaranteed, and 3-5 days for First Class Mail, often quicker to the West Coast. Occasionally we will send large orders via UPS, and you may always request it althought there may be additional charge. (We will notify you by email if we are shipping UPS).

FedEx, UPS and Express Mail shipping is available by request for an additional charge. We will notify you of the cost by email for confirmation if you request one of these expedited services, so please check your email to ensure that your order is not delayed.

We usually have all of our videos in stock, but occasionally we get backordered on a title. In that case we will let you know the expected ship date by email. We don’t charge your card until your order is packed and ready to ship!

International Shipping

We have gone to Flat Rate shipping for all international orders as well. Here are the prices:

Canada:
Regular U.S. Air Mail $2.50 per order flat rate.
International Priority Mail $21.00 per order flat rate.
Express Mail Service $36.00 per order flat rate.
(Rates to Canada have increased a lot but we will try to keep it here as long as possible. Canadians tend to get worked by Canadian Customs duties as well so we are trying to keep prices down for you).

All other Countries
Regular U.S. Air Mail $6.00 per order flat rate.
International Priority Mail $26.00 per order flat rate.
Express Mail Service $46.00 per order flat rate.
By far the cheapest method is Regular Air Mail for $6.00, however, depending upon the country, this may not be the most desireable method as it can be slow and is neither insured nor trackable. So please keep this in mind when choosing a shipping option.

Here are the descriptions of the three USPS options:

Air Mail (no insurance or tracking) - The most popular method but can vary widely in delivery time. Can take as little as 4 days to Canada or Europe and as long as 30 days or more to some South American countries. No tracking available

International Priority Mail (no insurance or tracking) is an express service usually delivered in 7-10 days (5-7 in Canada), sometimes less. We have had good success with this method but it also is not trackable.

International Express Mail (EMS) This is an expedited service that also offers insured delivery and package tracking. Delivery is usually within 4-6 days or less (2-3 in Canada).

FedEx and UPS service is also available and extremely reliable, but is radically more expensive. We can give you a quote if you request it.

Notes on insurance:

(For Air Mail and International Priority orders only) Sometimes it takes a lot longer for a package to be delivered than expected, but we have had very few problems with packages actually getting lost. However, if a package is lost we cannot recover any costs if the package is not insured. Even if it is insured it must be lost for over 60 days before we can file a claim. Neither method is ideal but we cannot be responsible for any packages that are not insured. Please consider the reliablity of the mail service in your country when deciding which method to choose.
